Add Items to your Laundry Basket
|
|
|
First, select a service from the menu
above (click on relevant pic.). All items related to the selected service will
be displayed. Enter quantities next to the desired items then click on Add to
Basket. All items with non-zero quantities will be added to your Laundry
Basket. Delete items or change item quantities while viewing your laundry
basket. This is also where you can keep an eye on the number of items in your
basket, and how much it all costs. Continue selecting items by selecting
further services from the top menu.

Checkout your Basket |
|
|
When you have finished adding items to
your laundry basket and you are happy with your order, click on the Checkout
button while viewing your laundry basket. You will now be directed to the
Checkout page.
|
|
|
Register or Sign-In |
|
|
If you have NOT registered or signed-in
you will be diverted to the sign-in page. If you are a new customer then please
register yourself. The registration process allows you to select your
collection and delivery address, schedule details and payment options.
 To register enter your postcode
when prompted.
On the next page enter your personal
details (name, email, telephone etc.) and click Save. You have now registered!
You will see "My Cara" box on the top
right of the screen and your name inside. You my now update your "Payment
Options" by clicking on this link (below your name).
To go back to Checkout click on the
Laundry Basket icon in the heading and then click "Checkout".

Place your Order |
|
|
Once you have signed-in (or registered)
you will be able to click on Place Order button on the Checkout page. If for
any reason you get lost or diverted, click on the laundry basket picture (in
the top heading) to return to your laundry basket. Now click on Checkout to
checkout your laundry basket (step 2). During Checkout you may add or amend
your Collection & Delivery days and times, address and payment
details. Your address and payment details are also available in MyCara (your
account) after you sign-in.
Please also enter any instructions we need to
follow for items in this order in the comment section during Checkout.

Print Order Form |
|
|
Clicking on the Place Order button will display the "ONLINE ORDER FORM" in a
separate window. The form contains your order details and your collection and
delivery details. Print your Order Form and place it with your soiled items in
a bag ready for collection. If you are unable to print, then copy the following
details from the Order Form on the screen to a piece of paper:
Your email address
Item and quantities
and we will do the rest!

 Select "Orders" in MyCara
to view all "Orders booked by me". Please remember that although you may book
as many orders as you like, you are only charged for orders we have collected
and processed. You will receive a "Invoice and Delivery Note" email for all
orders we collect and process.

|
|
|
|
Cancel you Order |
|
|
You may cancel this order by
deleting it from the Orders Booked section in MyCara, above, or by contacting
us, by 9:00 AM on or before the day of collection to avoid a charge. Please
read our Terms and Conditions for current charge amount.

|

If you do not have access to the web or
prefer not to order online then simply call or email us (0800 011
2272/info@caraclean.com). We will ask you for the following details:
Name, telephone number, email address Collection
and delivery address and times Payment
details (if not COD) |
