We can collect and deliver on a weekly or on demand schedule (most customers) to Central, North and South London

Our Standard Service for Laundry and Dry Cleaning has a 3 Day Turnaround Time and we visit all of our 3 Service Areas, see below, at least 2 times a week.

Your Postcode will determine which service area you belong in. For example, if you live in our SOUTH of Thames Service Area, we can collect your Laundry and Dry Cleaning order on Tuesday and deliver it back to you on Thursday.

In the CENTRAL Service Area, we can vist you any day.

Contact us if our schedule for your Postcode is not conveniant. We may be able to 'bend' our schedule a litlle and 'squeeze' you in.

Service Turnaround Times

Turnaround Time is the MINIMUM time between collection and subsequent delivery of your order. Standard Turnaround Times incur NO additional charge. Table below shows our Standard, Quick and Express Turnaround Days for all our services.

All 'Days' above are equal to 24 hours from the time you book your order for collection, not including Sunday.

*Our Standard Turnaround Service carries NO premium e.g. a Dry Clean and Laundry order booked for collection on Monday, 10:00 AM, for a Standard Turnaround in CENTRAL area or NORTH of Thames (we do not visit South of Thames on Monday), can be delivered on Thursday, 10::00 AM earliest.

**Quick and Express Turnaround Service may need to be collected before 12 noon to meet Delivery Target Times. This is based on our daily C&D Van Schedules, your Postcode and order items.

***Laundry Service for Linen may sometimes take longer because of the extra hand finishing required; we will contact you and let you know the same day you book your order.

info If you need to cancel or change your collection and/or delivery schedule, contact us before 10am or 1 hour before, whichever is earliest, on or before day of collection or delivery. Sorry, but there is a £10 charge for failure to cancel and we turn-up!

Regular Customer Schedule

Our Regular Customer Schedule service is a collection and delivery service regularly scheduled for the same time, same place, once or twice-a-week. You DO NOT have to book online or call every time to request a collection and delivery - just let us know you would like this service and we will turn up.

Regular Customer Schedule: ONCE a week service - we collect your new order of soiled items at the same time we drop off the clean clothes picked up the prior week (we visit you once every 7 days).

Regular Customer Schedule: TWICE a week service - we will collect you're soiled items and deliver it 3 days later. When we delivery we can also collect (we visit you twice every 7 days). In the table above, Dry Cleaning and Laundry is the only service that has a Standard 3 day Turnaround, hence can be delivered within 7 days. Others (e.g. Hand Wash, etc) need 7 days or more so can not be included here. For these items please use our 'ONCE a week service' if it is on a regular basis or On Demand Schedule (see below) or create your own Regular Schedule, but please keep in mind our Turnaround Times.

On Demand Customer Schedule

If you prefer NOT to be on a regular schedule (most customers) then do nothing! You can just book online or call or e-mail when you need us. There is a £30 minimum (not set in concrete!) for On Demand collection in outer London Postcodes

Delivery Note and Invoice Email

When we collect your order and process it in our factory you will be sent an email attachment containing:

DELIVERY NOTE

INVOICE.

The Delivery Note will confirm your selected delivery date. Items which may take longer then your selected delivery date (e.g. hand wash, repairs and alteration, etc.) will be noted on the Delivery Note. The Invoice is your VAT invoice and shows the amount payable.

If you are paying by Credit Card, we will charge it after collecting your order. We do not charge your Credit Card when you book your order on this web site. Only orders collected and processed in our factory are charged (by Credit Card, COD or Cheque).
