We collect, professionally clean, and deliver your personal dry cleaning and laundry items to and from your London address. CaraClean is committed to providing you convenient and affordable laundry and dry cleaning service that fits your busy schedule.

 When you click on a link on any page you will be sent to the linked page. Please use your browser BACK button to quickly come back to this page.
Should you get lost, click on the HOME icon to return to our home page. For security reasons we try not to use 'pop up' screens.

We recommend you use this website to place your order. This allows you to sign-in and track your order and view your order history. You may also place your order via email or by telephone.
Select a service (Dry Clean, Laundry, Shoe Repair, etc.) and then a category (Household, Personal, etc)
List of items will be displayed. Enter quantities next to desired items and then click on 'Add to Basket'
Add more items while viewing basket or click 'Checkout'. If you have not registered or signed-in we will ask you to do   so now (before going to Checkout page).
Checkout page allows you to add/amend C&D Address, Times and Payment details. Click 'Place Order' when ready.
You may now print your Order Form and place it in a bag with your soiled items ready for us to collect!

Above table shows the days (schedule) we visit our 3 Service Areas. Your Postcode decides which CaraClean Service Area you are in. To find out in which Service Area your Postcode belongs in, hence the days we can visit you (Collection and/or Delivery) either register OR click on the link below (or Menu: Customer Service/Service Area) and view all Postcodes grouped into one of the three CaraClean Service Areas.

We can visit any Postcode on Sunday but ask for a minimum order amount of £30 for all areas (not set in concrete!). For full details and to view our Service Area Map

We will also inform you of your Service Area when you supply your Postcode during registration.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning items have a 3 day Turnaround as Standard. E.g. If we collect form NORTH of Thames on Mon; we can deliver on Thu. We also have Next Day and Same Day Service for Laundry and Dry Cleaning. Hand Wash and Shoe Repair require 7 days and Leather items take 14 days. Customers can automate our service by being placed on a Regular Collection and Delivery Schedule. When we collect your order and process it in our factory you will be sent an email attachment containing:

 DELIVERY NOTE
The Delivery Note part of the attachment will detail your order item by item and includes the delivery time. If you have mixed your laundry and dry cleaning order with repairs and leather then repair and leather items will have a further delivery date (turnaround for repairs is 7 days, leather 14 days). The Delivery Note is also a confirmation that your order was received and the items listed were processed.

 INVOICE
The Invoice part of the attachment is your legal VAT invoice containing order (invoice) number and date .items payable, the total payable, and the inclusive VAT portion of the total amount payable.

Please note that you will receive the invoice with your delivery note on the day we collect your order or the next day. We will then charge your credit card.

We prompt you to enter your payment details when you register or when you are ready to checkout your laundry basket. If you are placing your order by telephone we will ask for your payment details then.
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit Card (charged after collection)
- Cash On Delivery (COD)
- Cheque

When you start your online order you will be able to view prices of items.

You do not have to sign in or register to start your order and/or view prices.

To quickly locate particular items and prices enter three or more letters in the Item Search box (top right) and then click on the red magnifying glass icon.

To browse items use the menu options (e.g. select "Dry Clean" then select "Personal Items" to view prices for all such items).
