The days and times we can visit you for collection and delivery (C&D) depend on which one of our four service areas your postcode falls in. Simply register first and we will assign you your service area when you supply your postcode during registration. You may also find out your service area details by clicking on the link below. 
Each one of our four service area has its own
 C&D schedule (days of the week and times we visit a particular service area),
 minimum order amount, 
 turnaround time (time between collection and subsequent delivery).

When we collect your order and process it in our factory you will be sent an email attachment containing:
 DELIVERY NOTE
The Delivery Note part of the attachment will detail your order item by item and includes the delivery time. If you have mixed your laundry and dry cleaning order with repairs and leather, then repair and leather items will have a further delivery date (turnaround for repairs is 7 days, leather 14 days). The Delivery Note is also a confirmation that your order was received and the items listed were processed.
 INVOICE
The Invoice part of the attachment is your legal VAT invoice
Please note that you will receive the invoice with your delivery note on the day we collect your order or the next day. We will then charge your credit card. Cards are never charged when you place your order online.

 Credit/Debit/AmEx
You have the option to enter your card details after registration OR before delivery of your first order. If you rather not save your card details on our very secure website then please contact us. Your card will be charged after collection. We do not charge cards on this web site! Only orders we collect and process in our factory are payable and charged.
Following cards are accepted:

 Cash-On-Delivery (COD).
Following rules apply for COD payments:
Our driver...
...is instructed to receive cash before delivery.
...will not deliver if you do not have cash for the full amount and there will be a £10 re-delivery charge.
...does not carry change so please have the exact amount ready.
Sorry but we need to apply the above rules strictly!
 Bank Transfer
Please contact us. 
 Cheque
Cheques must be sent with your collection and need to clear with our bank before we can deliver. This usually takes up to 4 days and may take longer. If the Cheque amount is lower then the order amount, you may pay the difference COD.

We have tried to make placing orders on this website intuitive and quick. Simply fill your Laundry Basket (Shopping Cart), then click Checkout, now select your C&D Times. And that's it! We will do the rest; collect as booked, process and clean according to manufacturers cleaning instructions, deliver as booked.

Here are the order steps in a bit more detail:
In the above menu, select a service (Dry Clean, Laundry, Shoe Repair, etc.) by clicking on the relevant menu button or menu option (below button). List of relevant items will be displayed.
Enter quantities next to desired items and then click 'Add to Basket'. 
 Continue adding items, by clicking on menu items. Click 'Checkout' when you are finished adding (you will now be diverted to Register or Sign-In, f you have not already done so).
The Checkout page is where you select your C&D days and times. You may also edit your Account and Payment details here. Click 'Place Order' on the Checkout page to place your order.
You may now print your Order Form and place it in a bag with your soiled items ready for us to collect!
