Each Service Area has its own collection and delivery
schedule, minimum order amounts, etc.

*Standard Turnaround Times for Laundry and Dry Cleaning
Standard turnaround time for regular laundry and dry cleaning
items is 3 days, e.g. In Central London we can collect on a Monday and deliver
on a Thursday, Wednesday is possible too. If you are in our South of Thames
service area we can collect on a Tuesday and delivery on the following Friday.
*Standard Turnaround Times for Repairs & Alterations,
Shoe Repair, Leather and Suede and Hand Wash
If your order contains leather items, shoe repair, repairs and alterations,
etc., then your order will be delivered on the next scheduled visit for your
service area after all items in your order are completed in our factory. e.g.
if your order contains dry cleaning and a Trouser for a new zip then although
your dry cleaning will be ready in three days, trouser repair can take up to 7
days.
**Quick and Express
Quick and Express turnaround service is charged extra, see table above. Please
contact us immediately when booking express orders online. Your order will need
to be confirmed by telephone and/or email and may need to be collected before
11AM; depending on delivery time. We are not responsible for any
Quick and Express orders not confirmed by a CaraClean staff member.Express
service for same day is available for regular laundry and dry cleaning
items. We need at least an 8 hour turnaround time and we must collect
before 11am. Order collected after 11am, may not be ready on time. Express
orders booked and collected after 11AM and delivered the next day will be
charged at the express rate (+50%).
If you need to cancel or change your
collection and/or delivery schedule, contact us before 11am or 1 hour
before, whichever is earliest, on or before day of collection or delivery.
Sorry, but there is a £10 charge for failure to cancel and we turn-up!
