and anything else you might need cleaning or repaired
So how do we know how to process each item?
You let us know by updating your 'Save Time' preferences in MyCara, after
sign-in.
Shoe Repair, Leather Cleaning and Repairs and Alterations
We expect to find instructions in your collected bag on how to proceed
with each item e.g. new heels, shorten to 31", etc. These items should be
clearly identified (instructions pinned to them or they may be placed in a
seperate bag (shopping bag is fine).
Bulk Wash/Service Wash
Items such as socks, underware and towels will be washed as a Service Wash or
treated as regular items depending on your preferences in MyCara. You may also
let us know of any additional items you would like washed in your Bulk Wash or
removed from your Bulk Wash and treated as a full service item (e.g. some
customers prefer to have socks and undergarments pressed (ironed).
Laundry and Dry Cleaning
All items will be processed according to manufactureres cleaning label
instructuctions. This is our regular full service and includes,
professional cleaning, stain removal, re-cleaning if necessary, pressing and
packaging. If you specify Service Wash (Bulk Wash) then we will seperate out
your undergarments, socks and towels and washed them as a bulk wash otherwise
each of these items will be charged as per our price list and full service will
be applied.
